Course Code: SIT30416 Course Overview Embark in a career managing Holiday Parks and Resorts that could see you working all across Australia and even overseas.Gain insights into the specialist skills and knowledge required to manage a Holiday park or a resort, using your discretion and judgement, operational plans and policies and in-depth knowledge of the industry. Upon completion, you will be qualified to work with some or no supervision as a multi-skilled employee/owner across various operational areas. Campus Bendigo City Campus / Echuca Campus Course Structure The course is delivered over 6 months, with classes held on 3-4 days a week. Classes will typically be held between 9:30am – 4:00pm, Monday to Friday. Accreditation This qualification is nationally recognised Possible careers • Grounds person • Handyperson • Housekeeper • Receptionist Prerequisites You need to have satisfactory literacy and numeracy skills to undertake this course and be at least 15 years of age. All applicants will also be required to attend an interview and fill out a pre-selection form. Recognition of prior learning (RPL) Recognition of prior learning (RPL) may be given for skills and knowledge gained through previous study or other relevant experience.
