The Certificate III in Barbering provides a pathway to work as a barber in any industry environment, usually a barber shop or salon. If you are passionate about barbering and like to get hands on and create, then this is the course for you. Become an expert by combining knowledge with practice, ensuring you have what employers are looking for. This qualification is focused on the Craft of Barbering, where the traditions of ‘old school’ barbering will be taught alongside the excitement of urban barbering techniques. The Certificate III in Barbering is highly respected by the barbering industry because it is taught by real barbers. This course is delivered on campus 3 days per week, over 10 months, with some work placement in a commercial barber shop as part of the course. Due to commence 19 September 2016. This course is also available for Recognition of Prior Skills. |
